Rates and Insurance
What are your self-pay rates?
1
Initial intakes are up to 90 minutes and the private pay rate is $225.
After the initial intake, subsequent sessions are $175 for up to 60 minutes of talk therapy, and $200 for up to 75 minutes of talk therapy.
ART sessions are $225 for 60-90 minute sessions.
If you have a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA), you may use that to pay for therapy.
Do you offer packages, intensives, or workshops?

Do you take insurance?
3
I am in-network with Cigna and Aetna, and we can discuss your benefit details on our consultation call.
If I don’t accept your insurance directly, your plan may have out-of-network (OON) benefits, which means your insurance will reimburse you for a large portion of our session cost.
If you do have OON benefits, I have partnered with Thrizer to manage the out-of-network process automatically for you. They will take care of submitting and managing the claims for you. Once you meet your deductible, you also have the option to pay a reduced fee for our sessions, instead of needing to pay my full rate and waiting for a reimbursement check. Please use the form below to check whether you have OON benefits and your expected fee post deductible.
If you have a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA), you may use that to pay for therapy costs as well.

I commonly work with trauma, grief, anxiety, burnout, life transitions, chronic illness, chronic pain, insomnia and the emotional aftermath of negative experiences that still feel triggering or “stuck.”
